Q1 - How much does it cost?
To guarantee our clients the best quality and the best delivery times at the most competitive prices, our prices are based on high volumes and low margins.
Q2 - How to convert my 3D template into a .STL file?
Most 3D modelling software will give you the option to save or to export your file into the .STL format. We can recommend some free options if you need help with your files, or convert the files for you for a small fee.
Q3 - I can't find my quotes!
To consult all of your quotes, go to the "My 3D parts" tab in the menu "My Account" of your user page.

We have the expertise to guide you in choosing the right equipment, depending on your needs and following the constraints specific to your environment.
Q6 - What are the the finishing levels?
We offer a standard finish for all our materials, as well as a Solvent treatment that can be applied to just two materials for now, the ABS and ASA (FDM technology only). This treatment improves the material properties at the surface while reducing the porosity and removing imperfections. In the summer of 2021, we will have a similar treatment available to improve most surfaces in this way.
Q7 - What is rapid prototyping?
