SLS :

Elastic Resin

This material, with a Shore hardness 50A, is the most flexible of our technical resins. It is suitable for prototyping parts usually made of silicone. Choose Elastic 50A Resin to make parts that can bend, stretch, compress and withstand cyclic stresses without tearing and quickly returning to their original shape.

Titanium

Our titanium powder is characterized by excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance combined with low weight. It's also a biocompatible metal.  This material is ideal for many engineering applications as well as for the production of biomedical implants.

Stainless Steel

Our stainless steel powder is characterized by exceptional corrosion resistance combined with high strength. Stainless steel is the ideal material for making molds or for strong and durable parts. Components made with this material are easily machinable and easy to polish.

Aluminum

Our aluminum powder is characterized by a terrific strength to weight ratio. It also has great thermal properties and simple post-processing options such as machining and polishing.  This metal is typically used in casting, but 3D printing alows for hollow construction as well as other design advantages over traditional fabrication methods.

Nylon 12

The SLS Nylon is the best material for many applications. It supports complex geometries, is solid and slightly flexible. It is the perfect material for finished products and small lots of parts. The printed items are white, with a matte finish. It is possible to dye the printed parts in different colors.

PrimeCast 101 (this is no longer available)

PrimeCast 101 is a gray polystyrene based powder which is particularly suitable for lost wax casting. It has excellent dimensional accuracy and a low melting temperature.

Acrylic Resin

Acrylic resin is used for small models with very fine details. The main advantage of this material is the quality of the finish and it's smooth surfaces. It is also possible to produce transparent models using this material.

High Resistance Resin (Tough 2000)

This resin was designed to simulate ABS plastic and has comparable tensile strength and modulus of elasticity. It is a solid resin, resistant to breakage and able to withstand significant deformations or stresses, so it's ideal for prototyping.

High Temperature Resin

High Temperature resin has a heat deflection temperature of 289 ºC. This gives very good results for static applications at high temperatures. It can also be used for molding or thermoforming applications.

Durable Resin

The durable resin is designed to simulate Polypropylene (PP).  Items made from this will return to their initial form even after strong pressure is applied to them.  It is perfect for parts resistant to wear and friction.

Flexible Resin

The flexible resin is meant to simulate 80A hardness rubber.  It is ideal for producing soft-touch materials and for adding ergonomic features to sets made from multiple materials.

Nylon 6 (this is no longer available)

Polycarbonate

Polycarbonate is mainly used in aeronautical and automotive industries and to build impact-resistant housings. Its mechanical and thermal properties make it a material of choice to create prototypes for robust tests in real conditions when used with our FDM process. This material can only be printed with solid supports. You should limit angles against undercut and hard to reach elements in your design so that supports can be removed more easily.

Sacrificial Tooling Material (ST-130)

This material is often used in the FDM process to reduce the production costs.  It not only reduces the amount of primary material used to make the part, and also makes it easier to clean away the support material which is included during printing.  We can therefore build complex, hollow composite parts with the help of this ST-130 sacrificial tooling material.

ULTEM

Due to its FST classification, ULTEM is perfectly suited for the aeronautical, automotive and military industries. It has a high strenght-to-weight ratio. PPSF (this is no longer available)

This material is also known as Polyphenylsulfone (PPSF/PPSU) and it has the highest heat and chemical resistance of all FDM printing materials. It's many uses include aerospace, automotive, and medical applications.
