SLA

High Definition, Ultra-Fast Stereolithography
We use a process of high definition super fast stereolithography (SLA) which allows us to make your object within a few hours: available the same day or the next.
We can produce molds for casting, models for functional testing or presentation in high quality and at reasonable prices.
Parts are delivered with the Standard finish (sanded to remove traces of media and blasted with glass beads), and can be painted for added realism.
For designers, we offer the opportunity to deliver parts "as is" for a reduced price.
- A process very fast (0.5 "/ hour), get your prototypes on the same day!
- A surprising detail rendition, ideal for molding patterns.
- Very cost effective for series of identical parts.
- Time: several hours to several days depending on the number of parts and goodwill.
The volume of production is 10.2 "x 6.3" x 7.5 "(260 x 160 x 190 mm). Larger models are manufactured in pieces and assembled.
- standard layer thickness: 0.004 "(0.1 mm)
- Thickness high-resolution layer: 0.002 "(0.05 mm)
- Resolution X / Y: 0.005 "(0.138 mm)
- Accuracy: + / - 0.008 "* (+ / - 0.2 mm *)
- Minimum Thickness of wall: 0.005 "(0.138mm )
- Finish: little or no visible strata building;
- Speed: 0.5 "/ h in standard mode
* May vary depending on the geometry, according to manufacturer's specifications.
SI500: A sustainable and photopolymer having properties similar to ABS, while having an ultra-smooth finish. This polymer can achieve very fine detail and has mechanical properties identical in all directions.
SLA vs. FDM
- Much faster.
- Strength identical in all directions.
- Little or no finishing.
- very fine details.
- Parts tight.
SLA vs. Polyjet
- Faster.
- Finest Detail.
SLA vs. 3D printing
- Superior Strength
- Little or no finishing.
- very fine details.
- Our SLA parts are delivered once the bracket and removed traces sanded. If necessary, the parts are passed to the stream of glass beads and other additional services are also offered.
- Painting: models can be sanded, primed and painted to match the color and level of finish desired.
- The Parts can be assembled to create larger structures.
