Polymer molding
With polyurethane molding, we can produce parts with features and final look that is very close to production parts. We use rapid prototyping machines to produce high-quality patterns quickly, which enables us to manufacture small batches or prototypes for a reasonable cost and with very short lead times.
Polyurethanes exhibit a very wide range of properties that fit the majority of your needs: durometer scale from A to D, different dyes in the mass, transparent materials, etc..
Polyurethane molding is suitable for small productions (up to several hundreds of items) and high quality prototypes. The mold (which represents the largest percentage of the cost) is guaranteed for 25 casts. For a larger number of parts, we make additional molds at low cost. Lead times typically vary from 5 to 20 working days.

- The molds are made from patterns made with ALS or Polyjet, sanded and finished. The dimensions are adjusted to compensate for material shrinkage during molding.
- Our molds are made with the utmost care to ensure the best compliance dimensions possible: typically + / - 0005 "the first 2 inches, then + / - 0001 "per inch.
