PolyJet

Manufacture by Jet
The PolyJet technology allows 3D prints with high accuracy and relatively low cost. This is a 3D printing technology where industrial print heads deposit micro-droplets of polymer layer-by-layer to form precise, well-defined parts.
We can offer our customers quality 3D models, quickly and at a competitive cost.
This technology is ideal for validating geometry and functionality, for vacuum forming or for parts requiring a high level of detail (0.005 ") and accuracy. It is possible to print embedded objects that move relative to each others (like a bicycle chain or mechanisms with gears) directly without joining!
Objects obtained can be used as printed or they can also be painted or polished to meet your finishing requirements.
- Excellent resolution and smooth surfaces for demanding applications: presentation templates, patterns for molding or forming
- Can be painted or polished parts
- Ideal for direct digital manufacturing (DDM) large quantities of small parts
- Manufactures complex objects with moving mechanisms directly without assembly
- Get your small parts in the day or the following
- Volume production: 11.8 "x 7.9" x 5.9 "(300mm x 200mm x 150mm).
- The larger objects can be printed in pieces and assembled later
- Resolution: X: 600 dpi (42 μ), Y: 600 dpi (42 μ), Z: 900 dpi (28 μ)
- Excellent repeatability of a piece identical to the other
- Smooth surfaces without "staircase effect" between layers.
- May resolve fine details, such the text or watermarks

Polyjet vs. FDM
- Faster.
- Strength identical in all directions.
- Little or no finishing.
- very fine details.
Polyjet vs. SLA
- most have a better dimensional accuracy and better reproducibility.
- Can print nested objects or assemblies.
Polyjet vs. 3D printing
- Superior Strength
- Little or no finishing.
- very fine details.
- Our parts are delivered once Polyjet support removed and washed. Additional services are also offered.
- Painting: models can be sanded, primed and painted to match the color and level of finish desired.
- Parts can be assembled to create larger structures.
